I get to know Candice through my colleague. Candice is highly recommended by my colleague. I am lucky to have Candice from swiss interior. She was friendly, attentive and responsive. I felt very comfortable talking to her. I told her what is my idea home renovation and she able to design what i want. She also help me to choose the tiles for floor and wall & even the table top. I am very impressed by her taste. The renovation finish on time. Candice help me to make most of the decisions and I trusted her with no worries when I was away for hoilday. The workmanship turns out to be satisfying. Some defects were in fact spotted by her and she do touch up or amendment quickly. I was really happy with the outcome of my renovation and everything was beyond my expectation. I highly recommend Candice.

We were introduced to Jeff Lau from Swiss Interior by a friend, and he has given us a fuss-free experience from beginning till end.

When we began the initial planning and negotiation processes, Jeff was very willing to accommodate our work schedule. He gave sound and honest advice to our requests, and provided economical alternatives without compromising on quality.

Through the renovation phase, he was very responsive and quick to update us on the ongoing progress. Updates were always accompanied by photos or videos. He also put in the extra effort to coordinate with external suppliers whom we had contracted for other items. Post-renovation, he also remained as responsive as ever to coordinate the minor touch ups required, even coming on-site at times to ensure that everything was properly done.

Jeff may not provide you with the cheapest quote - but what he will do is he will not overpromise you, and he will give you a trouble-free experience throughout. His timely response and his sense of responsibility is worth paying the premium for. We will definitely recommend him to any family or friends who are looking for renovation services. I was worried when looking for an ID for my renovation cos I was ignored by IDs after knowing my unit is just one bedroom condominium. Luckily I found Choon Choon from swiss interior. She was friendly and it was comfortable talking to her. Soon after the first contact I engaged with her for my renov. She was responsive and thoughtful throughout the process. She was always accomodating my schedule from discussions to onsite visits. She took it seriously when helping me to design my house although it is a small unit. She also gave me many ideas and suggestions. She can simply answer any question I asked her. If she was not sure she will try to find out.
The renovation took about slightly more than a month and everything was on schedule. As I am always overseas, Choon Choon help me to monitor everything without me chasing her. The workmanship turns out to be satisfying. Some defects were in fact spotted by her and she volunteers to do touch up or amendment for me as if it was her house. I was really happy with the outcome of my renovation and everything was beyond my expectation. Those who had came to the house all complimented on the design.
If anyone wants to have a smooth nice renovation without much worries, i highly recommend Choon Choon.

Despite having recommendations from friends & family on other IDs, we had a hard time deciding which ID to go with from our narrowed down choice of 3 IDs and ultimately we went with Candice from Swiss Interior whom we met at a Qanvast roadshow. We were quick to connect with her due to her style, friendliness, professionalism and honesty and that maintained even throughout the whole reno process.

During the consultation, she was quick to catch on to the ideas and concept we had in mind and took great note on our wants and don'ts. She then brought us out to various tile shops to select tiles in which she offered alot of her expertise, taking into consideration a fine balance between practicality and aesthetics, explaining the pros and cons of our choices along the way and finally coming out with multiple designs for us to choose from based on whatever we have shortlisted. Upon finalization of the design, she went through in detail on the project, ensuring nothing was missed out and that we were satisfied with it.

During the construction, it was pretty smooth with minor hiccups along the way (common & to be expected) which she was really quick to address and rectify. She was pretty involved throughout the whole process and kept us updated on the progress. When it came to loose furniture and deco, she also shared alot of advices which really helped us in our decision making on items purchase.

Throughout the whole project, Candice has displayed a great sense for details and design, complemented with quick responsive replies and most importantly, even though our reno has already completed and is a done deal, she still provides fantastic follow up services. Any problems encountered or things we were not sure with, she still remains responsive and very helpful. We would really like to extend our deepest thanks to Candice for the really pleasant experience in our home reno and would highly recommend her.

We spoke with many IDs, before we decided to go with Kent who we found via Qanvast and engaging him was the best renovation related decision made.

Kent is patient, detailed and has a good eye for detail / style. Throughout the entire process, he constantly updated us on WhatsApp on the progress of the works, even when we were away for 2 weeks. Whenever we had queries / needed help choosing items for our furnishings, Kent would answer every question patiently and as quickly as possible, with as much detail and great thought given. Even now post renovation, Kent never fails to assist us with our renovation queries and rectification works should we require any help.

Swiss Interior is not the cheapest ID in the market but we are very pleased with the service Kent has provided us. We will definitely recommend Kent to anyone who is looking for an ID as he has made our renovation progress a smooth sailing one. Thanks Kent!

We met 5 IDs during our search. Candice from Swiss Int was the only diligent ID who took notes, worked closely with the points we sent to all IDs via WhatsApp. Though IDs could not give us a drawing, Candice could at least sketch what she had in mind on a piece of paper.

After we selected Swiss Int, Candice was very meticulous and remembered all the points we talked about during the 1st meeting. Most importantly, she knows we are price conscious and worked closely with that principle. She would advise us against spending unnecessary money and proposed various cost effective solutions. Thus, throughout the design process, she will check in with us if we r ok to spend on certain items. In the end, we spent more money but felt we got more than what we expected. My wife and I are not the artsy people so we aren't good with expressing what we want. But she always seems to know what we want before we know what we want.

Candice also has a capable assistant Jacy whom we can see support her with taking notes or reminding her of certain details.

When renovation began, Candice managed her contractors like a pro. We can see she handles her contractors well and they respect her. It was a plus point because the renovation was in the midst of CNY and Covid, so there were some disruptions to the scheduled work. But we felt that the contractors gave her face and were always willing to make last minute changes or work Sundays to rush the work. Her assistant Jacy will also update us with pictures whenever a stage is completed.

Swiss Int has a band of quality contractors and their works are of very high quality. As each phase of the renovation is complete, we hardly find any flaw. There were just a few minor things which Candice and Jacy responded very quickly with the contractors.

In the end, we were very satisfied and happy with our home. We were glad we chose Swiss Interior and Candice/Jacy were assigned to us. It was a happy experience from beginning till the end (almost 5 months) and we will gladly recommend Candice and Swiss Int to any of our friends. They made the entire renovation journey very enjoyable n easy for us.

My first meeting with them, they are able to understand what I am looking for my new home. One of a factor that differentiates them with their IDs is their openness in sharing and the comfort talking to them.

They collaborate on details drawings and provide colors or furniture choice to propose a design that meet my requirements such as space, aesthetically pleasing interiors and also putting an effort to work within my home budget

Throughout the renovation process, they will provide frequent updates of the renovation works whether it is partial done or completed through pictures and videos.

And along the way, whenever I have any question or concern of certain part of the renovation work, they are prompt to answer my queries.

Overall, the entire renovation process was quite smooth, though with some hiccups, but Alex and Dylan still able to resolve it and ensure that I am satisfied.
