Iv been here a handful of time and about only once was ok. The customer service is horrible. Especially by the men in the shop. The manager had to finish my set and cut up my cuticles really bad. Other times my nail come out extremely uneven and When I expressed my concerns they would get rude and Combative. I would really recommend trying another salon.

I been going to this place for about 2 years , dissapointed , service wise they rush and don’t give you the same treatment got my nails done first start chipping next day plus really expensive , went in the next day didn’t offer to give me a disscount did my nails again and they cut me in 3 fingers my nails been Soared for 3 days , don’t recomend even being a Loyal customer they treat you like nothing still payed 70$ next day done spend about 200$ to get cut and no apologizes.

I needed a last minute eyebrow wax before Thanksgiving tmr so I called ahead to see if they could squeeze me in. Someone said they could get me right now so I arrived in 5 min, showed Lynn (who waxed me) the pictures of how I prefer them shaped & she got me right within 10 min. She even offered to do one brow before moving to the next just in case there was anything I didn’t like. Clean shop & great atmosphere plus she did WONDERFUL on making them look exactly how I wanted - looking forward to becoming a regular here <3

This is my second time trying them. Years apart. And it’s just a no for me. When I went on for an acrylic fill and gel polish change yesterday, she filed my nails down shorter than I asked and filed them crooked. Literally 6 of my nails were to the side like Gumby. I showed her the issues and she kept saying she didn’t see it or that it was my finger that was crooked. When I protested, she handed me the file and told me to fix it myself. Just no.

The place was very average. They charged me 42$ for a regular fill, and this is how they turned out. After leaving they look already 4-5 days grown out and are too thick. I will say the lady was very sweet and personable. I wouldn't go there to the same person again though.

Edit: I went again for my nails and Linda does amazing work! I’m so happy I finally found a great nail salon with friendly staff, tons of colors to chose from, and that is clean 🙂

Hands down the best nail salon in Old East Dallas. Ask for Sandy and for the best pedicure ask for Lou…You will thank me later
