Tried to reschedule a interview their system wouldn’t let me spoke to someone about it and not still wouldn’t reschedule so I applied again 2 more times and since the system has it as a no show they won’t interview.. got this information from Michael or Mike who is rude .. & hung up in my face when I was explaining that I talked to someone before about it .. prior to all of this I called seeing how I could apply and yet he was rude then .. Seem racists soon as he heard my voice here came the attitude.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This is legitimately the worst security team I have ever encountered. I have been to HUNDREDS of concerts across many states in many different venues all sizes. I have always taken my small backpack and my mother has always taken her small tote bag. We are usually traveling out of state for a show so we do not have access to a vehicle, so we have to carry something to keep our personals & medication in. We have no issue allowing the staff to search our bags. We got in line 2.5 hours before the doors opened with about 20 ppl in front of us and more than 50 ppl behind us. We went thru security check, metal detectors, & allowed them to search before reaching the line to get our trickers scanned when a D & L entertainment security guard stopped us and told us we could not go in because “our bags were too big” we told her to search them herself and she insisted we couldn’t go in and when we told her we flew to Tx & had no where to put our bags she told us to stash them outside under a tree ? I demanded she call a supervisor who told us to go to bag check meanwhile during this 10 min conversation with her ALL of the ppl behind us are flooding inside (many of them with bags similar to our size) she finally took us in where there was a specific place to have our bags checked for a small fee. Why didn’t she send us to the bag check place in the beginning? This allowed all the ppl we were in front of to get inside before us so we waiting outside in the rain and wind for 2.5 hours to not get inside until everyone else already was. I will NEVER go to a venue if D & L security is the company hired to monitor the facility. Why have us go thru metal detectors, bag searches, & screening just to hold us up at the door when there was a bag check place the WHOLE TIME? Disrespectful of ppls time, money, & investment in a concert.

Being that I have work experience in event security! I'm absolutely disgusted with the people they have working for this company! At Texas trust theater for a graduation security guards were rude to guest that had infants in their arms struggling to open diaper bags, elderly people that had medical conditions that needed food were turn away to put the food back in their vehicles, and also questioned guest as to why they were so late coming to the ceremony! Whoever is over this company seriously needs to do some retraining on their security staff!

Gross negligence at tannahills music venue in fort worth. Watched them assault a poor woman next to our group for trying to get to the restroom. Amanda the supervisor told me she refused to give me the name of the bald male cis officer who struck her out of safety for him?!?!?!? Disgusting. Will not return. Hope Amanda and the gross guy get serious discipline. I will tell EVERYONE I know not to come to venues with d&l operating
