If I could give this place a 0 I would. I placed my order for a dress over 3 weeks ago for my wedding and when I came to collect it. They said it’s coming next week: a few days after my wedding. Now I have my wedding in a few days and I have nothing to wear.

My sisters ordered their bridesmaid dresses from here. They wanted extra work which they happily paid for. Unfortunately they changed the colour from pastel pink to baby pink and although they ordered made to measure the measurements were completely off. When I contacted them they told me to come in and get it altered, which I happily did. As my sister went to try the dress on again, the shop assistant pulled up the zip and broke it. We were then told to leave it with them and for it to be picked up the following day, bear in mind I’m not even from London. I travelled over 100 miles. But I had someone collect it for me a week later. To find out that the zip was yet broken and nothing was altered. I had to get this re done by another tailor which cost so much more and even when I contacted fashion designer myself. They did NOT respond to me at all. Very disappointed. Would not order again.

Do not order from this shop! Horrible service, I bought a lengha from them. I asked for a specific design, I was told that it was doable and that it would be ready that day. I told the lady that’s it’s ok, i’d give her a few days to do it properly instead of rushing. I came back the following week, the top wasn’t done and the skirt was done horribly, i asked for the skirt to be taken in and it was too big, all the did was simply move the buckle so it can’t even zip up properly now. I was so upset and complained and the employees were so rude. I let it go, as the top was not done yet and i wanted that done properly so I didn’t make a huge fuss. I went back yesterday to pick up the top after giving them a week, it was sooo bad. Poor stitching job, not even straight, there were no buckles for the back of the top, just a tiny piece of thread that could snap at any moment…I expressed that I was not pleased. I tried to explain why I was not satisfied, the guy who I assume was the manager, kept saying the tailor would fix it without even listening. I was taken to the tailor, who didn’t even measure me. I kept insisting that he measure me to ensure that the top fit properly and each time, I was dismissed as he insisted that he was a tailor and knew what he was doing. I came back later that day to collect it, and to no surprise, it was still horribly done, the stitching was uneven, the sleeves didn’t sit properly. I asked for a partial refund even though, I really should be entitled to a full refund as it is not wearable at all, and I am going to need to get it properly tailored and potentially buy additional fabric to even wear it. The manager was rude and said no, as it had to be tailored three times and they did their best and what i asked for was not achievable to begin with. I then said, that should have been communicated to me as I was very clear both times I came to the store and it was only tailored twice, the original time and once more to correct their mistake so I am not to blame. Asked if I could exchange the item, and he said no. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Took my money for nothing, I can’t even wear it now.

Absolutely disgusting! Bought a few dresses for myself and my family for my wedding… was promised it’ll be here within 4 weeks.. clothes didn’t even turn up. Owner talks very politely when we make the order.. and when we ask him a few weeks later he gets very annoyed.
Also, makes lots of fake promises. I would never come back to this shop again to buy any of my clothes. Very bad customer service aswell!!! Very unprofessional.

I went to this store over the bank holiday weekend (Sunday) and purchased a pink dress for Eid. I got home and the next day (Bank Holiday Monday), when trying the outfit, saw that the border on bottom of the kameez was greatly misaligned, there were oily patches and lots of blue ink marks on the kameez and sleeves.

I went to the store as soon as possible on the same day. The pink dress I purchased was on the mannequin and there were no issues with the borders or kameez.

I showed the dress which had issues to the person working in the store (the main punjabi man) and he agreed that I could exchange. He brought out 2 outfits of the same size and both sets had defects! One of the outfits had a major border misalignment and the other one had glue patches, marks and a hole in the front design. I was told the misalignment is normal as the design is printed (err i wasn't accepting that justifcation). I asked to see more dresses and was told there were no more outfits of the same size (they had only 3 in stock of which I purchased 1).

He gave me an option to exchange for another outfit. I didn't like any other dresses so I demanded a refund as this is a supply defect and they shouldn't be selling dresses with issues. I was very vocal and it was busy considering it was a Bank Holiday. He then advised me that he will get someone to check if there are any more of the same dress size in the stockroom. Despite him saying there were no more outfits i could see and 3 in total, 2 other outfits were brought out in the same size (suggests he was trying to deceive me). I managed to find 1 dress which had an acceptable border and no marks/holes so agreed to exchange it.

He told me to keep the dupatta and salwar and exchange the kameez only. I then decided to check the dupatta to find there were holes on it!!! I showed him. Then the next dupatta I checked had a design defect!  Then finally the third dupatta was fine.

Another women liked the dress I purchased so I warned her to check the design and quality of the outfit before purchasing!

It is unacceptable for them to be selling outfits with design defects, marks and holes! Is quality control not a thing anymore?

We ordered multiple custom dresses from this shop and were assured multiple times that it would be ready for collection by our date which it was not.

When we did collect our dresses the sizing on all of them was wrong despite taking measurements (and advising them at the time that the measurements were being taken wrong), we came back several times to get the dresses corrected each time being told they could not do it or there was nothing wrong with the dresses.

When they were finally altered to the right size, the stitching and quality was very poor and there were tears in the fabric. The staff were very rude and unhelpful at every stage past making the final payment. I would not recommend this store if you are not buying off the shelf.

They will not deliver your dress on time.
All dresses were made incorrectly.

We placed an order for a white dress & waited weeks for the order to arrive - once the order arrived, it was the wrong dress. They tried to tell us we ordered a gold dress, we showed them the picture we took of the dress before the order and it was clearly white, however he kept denying the truth.

The guy was extremely rude & raised his voice multiple times. Learn some manners.

I've been here multiple times and every single time, the service has been lit just AMAZING! All of the designs are beautiful and the customer service is just top notch as well as the clothing. WOULD RECOMMEND! ♡
