Let's just say this is one of my best place to try chicken Philly. Anytime I am around that area, I must need to stop by. I was there earlier this Friday evening with my wife and 6yo son. We are expecting another baby soon and some reason from last few months she couldn't eat chicken. Therefore, I ordered one sandwich for myself and my son to test the water to see if they will like it or not. Not only my wife liked it, I had to order one for her and she finally ate chicken after few months. We all left satisfied with full tummy ?

The prices have went up and the quality and portions have went down drastically. They are trying to make up for the lack of sales by overcharging everyone else. I see why the parking lot is empty . I bought a Philly and there was barely any meat in the sandwich. This sandwich looks like something made in the kitchen and not from a restaurant. The kool-aid is now watered down. They are using cheap fresh instead of the crinkle fries they use to use. They put these type of places in low income areas..... I would not recommend this place fo spend your money elsewhere.

I walked into A&D’s at approximately 3:00 and ordered a Philly cheesesteak sandwich, because of the pictures of the food on the website, and I have heard great things about their food from other employees who work at the Dallas VA. When I walked in, the restaurant was empty, except for the two gentleman at the counter paying for their food and leaving. I placed my order for ONE sandwich, and I sat down to wait until it was done, and even had a conversation with the man working at the counter for a little bit, when two people came in and placed their order. Two more people came in, and at this time there was someone sitting at every table. I chose to sit in a chair close to the door, as I was alone and still waiting for my sandwich. Well, one by one, customers who had come in after me were getting their food before I was, and I could not understand why. Well, I asked the young lady at the counter, and her response was, “They already called their orders in”. This, unfortunately was a blatant lie, but I decided not to dispute her claim, because I didn’t want to make a scene. However, the man at the front desk DID apologize, as he could not understand why I was still in the restaurant after he had taken my order almost 30 minutes ago. ( He also was very pleasant about it, and smiled the whole time) So, after 32 minutes of waiting for ONE Philly cheesesteak sandwich, this is what I got!!! Smh….. Unbelievable!!! Words alone cannot express how I FELT when I experienced this in this restaurant. To be overlooked, or treated like your money is not the same as the “others” that were there, is not a good experience. ESPECIALLY when you’re not the only person who notices it. I plan to discuss this matter with the owner in the near future, so I hope that this will not be an issue that anyone else will experience in this restaurant. Tighten up, A&D, as you never know who will come to your restaurant. Treat everyone the same, and don’t discriminate, ESPECIALLY when your place of business is in the heart of the city.

Addicted to their Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich?baskets...mild wings...with a large Peach Drink....if you want Kool aid...they also have that fruit punch and Lemonade available ? There service is always fast and their food is cooked with so much love. Stop by and support this local Buisness Owner.

Service sucked both cashiers were rude, would have given a better review but the service was bad. First timer I'm positive I won't be back.

Can never go wrong with the philly and wing combo! I have been going here for over 7 years and everything is just as good as when I originally ate here. I pray they never go out of business.

I asked for extra meat and cheese. Where is the cheese, they put so many onion and bell peppers to make it look full but my food is full of them I’m even looking under the meat. The manager does not nothing not even review the reviews and fix the problem that his crew is making or apologize better yet have them apologize if they mess up a order. And I know they heard me I repeated it three times and asked for not a lot of onions and bell peppers.
