新加坡在地的設計包👛～很輕便簡約，材質應該是可以防水的，顏色很多很鮮豔，有很多尺寸，最喜歡XS款式的，一個79sgd。

Just left the store, brought a glazed poofy bag from Takashimaya bytv. Boy I been there few times and always had a pleasant experience even when they’re busy on weekends.
Not today, your cashier she was REALLY RUDE. Took out the bag didn’t ask me to check. So I check myself, while I was checking, she cut me off asking me to make payment. She look really annoyed with me trying to check the bag. Hey please , there wasn’t even anyone behind me, why is she so annoyed and piss? Not allowing me to check my bag before I make payment. Mind you it’s not a 9.90 bag. It’s a $99 bag. At least let me check right? Not happy don’t work, easy. P.s No smile and no thank yous from her by the way.
Really love their products. It’s first time experiencing this kind of attitude. Hope that the next time , I won’t be treated this way.

I wished they went back to their biz strategy of sticking to limited edition colours that would PERMANENTLY sell out, that would drive up resale and collectors' demand. Nowadays they would just keep restocking and it makes the rest of us addicts who already own those colours stop buying because we already have those colours. For this, I'd think Paper Bunny has a better biz model, launching new products every 2 weeks, yet prices are more affordable. In public, you would always see more people carrying Paper Bunny any day.

Other than that, I think their service is pretty good and they have a unique store concept. Please open more outlets out of CBD áreas such as Jurong East, Punggol, and Vivocity where shoppers are similar to Takashimaya's. I don't understand why you would have so many outlets AND popups in the CBD. Online shopping sucks as we have to wait a few days to receive.

The bags are beautiful and functional, but the service in the store really leaves much room for improvement. We purchased two bags but was left with long waiting time at the cashier, close to zero service, was not offered a chance at the lucky draw, and generally the lady at the cashier just had an attitude.
