Excellent experience. Madelyn Berg knew exactly what to do for my husband's hearing aid problems, she quickly corrected the issues, and he can hear well again! She was cordial and caring, as well. Not often these days does one encounter such in the Healthcare world. I would highly recommend her for any hearing issues you may be having.

Dr. Berg has listened closely to what my difficulties were with my hearing aids; then quickly identified and clearly presented my options in a professional manner. After I made my choices I assume Dr. Berg immediately contacted Oticon, since it was no time at all that she notified me they were ready.
When I came back to her office Dr. Berg had the aids and accessories prepared. She explained what improvements were made by Oticon. Dr. Berg asked my preferences and made adjustments to my hearing aids. Afterward she provided a tote bag with accessories and everything I needed, plus gave me a convenient date and time for a follow up appointment.

Dr. Berg provides competent hearing services in a professional and pleasant manor.
