D&D Watchful Eyes has been watching our home for over 2 years. As stated in other reviews, Dave goes well beyond others in the “home watching business”, including, turning water on/off, running water, flushing toilets, replacing Damprid ... to name a few. Dave is very consistent in his every-other-week (my requirement) visits .... with timely texts after each visit. In my second year, my 17 year old air conditioner failed (why we have someone watch our homes), Dave’s notification was timely and he assisted as needed in getting a new unit installed. Dave is easy to reach by phone or text and is always timely in responding to any need or question.

I have used D&D Watchful Eyes home service for two years. They have done everything promised through the service and more. Last year I needed something from my wardrobe shipped to my summer address. Dave stopped by the house same day as my request, located the item and mailed it. The air conditioning went out last summer. Dave let me know immediately and arranged to meet the heating and air repair at my home same day. There have never been any issues with the alarm not being set, services not rendered or condition of the home upon return. I get an update from Dave every time they enter the home. Dave is very responsive when I contact him. If I do not reach him directly I will get a call back soon after. I have complete confidence in this company and very much recommend you do business with them.

D&D Watchful Eyes / Dave provides walk through and around home checks on our house while we are out of town. In addition to walking through the house and checking for any problems, he flushes all the toilets, checks for water leaks, meets with repair services if required, etc. Dave contacts us immediately if anything is amiss and needs to be taken care of.

Dave is extremely efficient, responsible, and very reasonable in service pricing. He has a set fee for house checks and then bills for any additional services that are needed.

D&D Watchful Eyes gives us 100% confidence that our home is safe and sound when we are not there. We can rest easy when we are away from home knowing Dave is keeping a careful eye on everything.

Dave’s house care-taking service has been very good. Does his house checks as promised, performs them on dates promised, gives a report of conditions for each visit. Will send u pics of requested items, checks the house inside and out, runs water in all sinks and toilets, checks windows/doors are secure, and will check any extras like pool condition, grass height, etc. Dave is very personable, and very willing to cooperate with any of your needs. Very satisfied with Dave’s service.
