Our condo experienced a leak from a broken sprinkler 2 floors above us during a short and unnecessary evacuation and sat in 5” of water for 3 days before it was discovered. We had to tear out everything down to the studs. We don’t live in Hilton Head but 9 hrs away so we needed a reliable, professional person who could remodel from the studs out and fully design the condo, purchase furniture, appliances and so much more. We are so very thankful we called Decor and More. Debbie was on top of the entire project and kept us informed concerning every single development. She met and far exceeded our expectations. Her advice was exactly what we needed and perfect for what we wanted to accomplish. We wanted to remodel to sell the condo after finishing the job as we have owned it for over 32 years and we are ready for different adventures. Debbie worked with the contractor and kept him moving, a huge challenge at times. She represented us as if it were her own condo. She was very organized and understood the process of building and decorating. She had selections decided upon and approved by us in a very timely manner. The contractor never ever waited on a decision from her. She made great selections and ran everything by us. The results were beautiful as proven by the first buyer who looked at the finished result offering us 99% of our asking price. We had a contract in less than 4 days over a holiday weekend. She thought of everything. Honestly after making the condo a completely new place, it was very hard to let it go. I would hire her again with not a moments hesitation. In my opinion, you can’t find a decorator with as much knowledge, the ability to listen and follow through with your goals and thoughtfulness about every aspect. I’ve worked in the past with decorators who I felt were just steering me toward decor and furniture where they had a relationship and ended up paying way more than I should have. This is NOT the case with Decor and More and Debbie. I’d give her more than 5 stars if I could. Don’t hesitate to call her if you want a very personal experience.

I found Debbie on-line after reading wonderful reviews. She surpassed the reviews! We relocated from the NE and didn’t want ‘northern’ furniture in our new low country home. Debbie helped us pick out new hardwood flooring, worked with designers of several built in projects: master closet, laundry room and home office. We incorporated some of our furniture pieces, rugs, chandeliers and art work and supplemented with some new furniture into a British West Indies look! We could not be happier.
