My real estate company recommended Dee Sign but I will not use them again because their customer service is horrendous. I ordered signs but I never received any communication; no confirmation , no invoice or no time frame for completion, NADA! I sent emails & finally got my order# and then no more responses about my order. Finally, after 2 weeks I got stephanie on the phone and she arranged to have a email sent of what my signs would look like and she told me how much my order was. This company is unorganized, apathetic and in dissaray. I would never recommend anyone use this company and frankly , Im pisstrated from the ordeal and now , after a 2 weeks in limbo , Im worried if they will make my signs correctly .

Great customer service! Jezebel was particularly helpful in sorting out an issue I was having with some signs. We're all used to that "not my job" customer service, where you get bounced from one person to another but she was able to just figure out what was wrong and get it sorted out without a lot of back and forth. Really appreciate that! Please give her a raise in a corner office. Thank you.

Order isn't what I paid for and haven't received a call, text, or email in regard to fixing the problem, after numerous attempts to contact. I'll make sure to tell all my Real Estate colleagues to stay clear of this company!!

They used to be reliable. Not anymore. When the independent contractor drops the ball, they force you to pay for that error by having someone else go out there to finish the job. Requested a "Do not disturb occupants" rider, which was not installed and the photo taken at the property proves it. I will never use them again!!!!

If you want to look really bad in front of your clients, use these guys. I did a work order on June 30th and paid for it and the sign post was supposed to be up on July 1st. It is now July 7th and the sign post is still not. My clients are very upset that there is not a for sale sign in front of their home. I definitely will not be using them again.

They are the worst. Took 3 weeks to find and deliver one sign on our listing. Then it has been over two weeks to get a credit, when i call, they say , oh yes we will do it today. I guess today never comes cause i still dont have my credit. Wanted to talk to a supervisor, she was out for the day, why didnt the rep tell me that.Frustrated thats all. Never ever will use them again.

Our sign installation company was purchased by DeeSign and the turnover was handled very poorly. Then the real problems began. No communication, no abililty to get even the most simple questions answered because no one there would return a call! I am currently looking for a new provider. I have never seen such a terrible sign company. Stay away from these people.
