Absolutely the most kindest staff. I'm not just saying that! I have to see doctors pretty regularly, and to go to a doctor's office that not only have good doctors, but sincere office staff is rare. I came here twice in the past few days and I was so surprised at the level of kindness I experienced by the receptionist, esp with how busy this office was. Even while waiting, I overheard other patients raving about how amazing of a job Dr. White did on them to other patients waiting. I had been referred by two people who didn't even know each other, because of an outstanding job on arm/shoulder procedures that Dr. White (Sr.) had done for them.
Dr. Brian White is who I came to see, and he was absolutely amazing. I was honestly a little nervous about going in because I was reluctant to have surgery, and usually going into an orthopedic office, they usually push surgery right away. Instead, he almost immediately said on the contrary to what my other specialists had said, and recommended that I should start with PT first. I was so relieved that he was honest about that, rather than push surgery. In fact he made it seem like I may not need it at all! Usually, I always heard the opposite. I am pleasantly surprised at how great of an experience I had. I highly recommend this practice from what I've seen and heard so far.

After reading the negative reviews, I only have good things to say about, Dr. White and the staff. During both my appointments the young lady at the front desk was beyond nice, cheerful and answered all my questions. I saw both the nurse practitioner and Dr. White they both went above and beyond in their respective positions. They were very thorough and made sure I understood the next steps in my care, both took their time and never did I feel they were rushing. The only takeaway I have is the wait time, having been in healthcare for over 30+ years I know things sometimes are beyond the staff’s control patients come late, some require additional time to get all their questions answered so I always take that into consideration.

Dr. Brian White was so professional and car. Listened to me and my honey. Was so confident on his choice of words and made me feel so secure in my decision. I feel much better after speaking with him and know he will take good care of my left shoulder issues. I' been thru so much the past 1 and 1/2 years. It was uplifting knowing he is going to fix me.

Dr. White was great. I've been to so many other's the past 20+ years and he helped me that day! Even as the Initial pain was tough. This guy is personable and honest. I would recommend him to anyone who has joint pain amd has not found satisfaction. Thanks Dr. White!

Dr. Brian White is an outstanding doctor and person. He is compassionate and takes his time during the visits and explains everything. He treats both myself and my wife and we highly recommend Dr. White. Also, Tiffany, the doctor's medical assistant, is great as well as the office staff, who are so pleasant and efficient from checkin to checkout.

I had already seen Dr. White Sr. For back to back Shoulder Surgeries. I was incredibly impressed. Today I saw Dr. Brian White, the Son. As equally if not MORE impressed. I HATE having Surgery. He is running through every option I have, aside from the Injections I previously had for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. (I had a bad reaction to the injection.) He is more concerned that it could be the Cervical area of my Spine, which I’ve previously had two separate Fusion Surgeries on. But to be safe he ordered another EMG NCS, just to Coincide with the MRI he ordered on the Cervical Spine. He doesn’t want to do unnecessary Surgery if it’s not needed. I LOVE a GOOD Dr. who checks out all the avenues!!! 20 out of 10 for this Dr. at Orlando Hand Surgery Associates!!!
