sehr schöne Sportsbar mit einen Hauch von Italien. leckere Pizza, nette Bedienungen. pizza und Trinken für 4 Personen ca. 40 $. viele TV's um stundenlang American Football zu genießen. very nice sports bar with a touch of Italy. delicious pizza, nice waitresses. pizza and drink for 4 people about $ 40. many TV's to enjoy American football for hours.

Joey D’s is the real deal! As someone born and raised in Chicago, I can confidently say this is as close as you’re going to get to authentic Chicago-style flavors. The thin-crust pizza was absolutely amazing—perfectly crisp with just the right balance of sauce, cheese, and toppings. The mac & cheese bites were a delicious, crispy, cheesy delight, and the eggplant rollatini was cooked to perfection. Great food, great service, and a true taste of home. If you’re looking for top-notch pizza and Italian comfort food in Venice, this is the spot!

We've eaten at the Sarasota Joey D's location in the past but this was our first time at the Venice location. My apologies for not throwing some love for the Sarasota location when we went but our experience was just as good. We went for my wife's birthday and the overall experience was excellent. First, our appetizer was the garlic knots with an awesome marinara sauce. Our entrée order consisted of a parmesan chicken sandwich w/fries, the Italian beef sandwich wet with peppers, chicken alfredo and spaghetti with parmesan chicken. The dish that stood out was the Italian beef sandwich which was flavorful and filling. Next, the chicken Alfredo was a large portion with plenty for leftovers. However, my only gripe it was just under seasoned but a pinch of salt fixed that. Next, the spaghetti and parmesan chicken sandwich was also delicious and shareable portions. I would also like to point out that the fries were also good. Next, we did save room for desert and ordered a piece of Tiramisu. This one of the top 3 Tiramisu I've had the espresso flavor was just right, it was decadent, and overall texture was perfect. Our waitress was great and extremely friendly. She even brought my wife a cannoli for her birthday. The cannoli was really sweet and prepared nicely. Lastly, if you haven't tried Joey D's I highly recommend you do and we're definitely planning on going back.

I did take out.. Very disappointed in the size of my Stromboli I paid 15 dollars. For a kids meal that didn’t even satisfy my son’s hunger. Now I have to go back out and get him more food… Taste great… I remember when Joey D’s had huge portions you couldn’t even finish your meal. Sad. Stanley is for size reference.

Came to visit some friends that live in the area and they brought me here. So glad they did. The food was very good and the drinks were cold. The pizza really is just like Chicago style.The service was excellent as well. I loved the atmosphere and the decor with all the sports stuff.really cool. I will definitely be back. I recommend this business. Stop in and try the pizza!

The pizza is simply phenomenal—perfectly cooked with a deliciously crispy crust and topped with fresh, flavorful ingredients. Each bite is a taste of heaven!
I was also pleasantly surprised by the beer prices; they are incredibly reasonable, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a cold one with your meal.
And let’s not forget the desserts! The donuts paired with the cannoli dip are a must-try. They are incredibly delicious and the perfect sweet ending to an already amazing meal.
Overall, Joey D’s offers a fantastic dining experience with great food, drinks, and desserts. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for authentic Chicago-style cuisine!

Food was very good. We got the Chicago Beef Rolls for an appetizer. They were good, but you only get 2 rolls for $10, so I will not get them again. We got the deep dish pizza which was very good. Ours friends got "the monsters of the midway" Sicilian pizza which was great as well. We will be back, and most likely get the "monster" pizza next time. Would recommend this place.
