I have been seeing Dr Fu since I have started seeing an obgyn and I wouldn’t trust anyone else as much as I trust him. He is kind, professional, quick and efficient. I highly recommend him! My whole family sees him and loves him as well. Also his nurse Janet is absolutely amazing as well. I feel well taken care of here.

I have been seeing Dr. Fu for 22 years( I was pregnant with my first child). He and his staff are amazing. Dr. Fu and his nurse Janet always make time for you and your questions and address all of your concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Fu.

I saw Dr. Kai Fu in October of 2022. I’m writing this now because I genuinely felt ashamed and like I’d done something wrong – but now I know I haven’t. I went in for unusual bleeding and pain - I had a pap smear and a follow up visit where he checked to see if the bleeding had stopped. These visits were very difficult due to my anatomy. During both visits I really got the impression that he was mad at me and didn’t want to deal with me. Both times he just rushed out of the room without saying anything when the exam was over. I don’t think he’s a bad doctor, but I do think he is ill-equipped to deal with visits that are out of the ordinary.

The billing staff is not competent. The office decided to bill me recently for a charge from 2021 that they did not file properly with insurance. I notified Dr. Fu in person in July and let him know I was having trouble with the billing staff being unresponsive. Since then I have spoken with nurse Kelly, who left a message for Dr. Fu and Janet then I spoke with Ashlyn in billing who sent a message to Caroline and Sandra and months later I still have not received a call back to clear up this matter. Sadly after more than 20 years with Dr. Fu I must find a new provider. Please be advised regarding billing.

Update- April 2024: The office rectified the billing problem. Dr. Fu called me himself to make sure it was resolved. I’m pleased to say I will be remaining a patient.

I have been a patient of Dr. Fu's since 2003. He is kind and knowledgeable. He's always given me adequate time during visits and answered any questions. His staff is easy to work with and gets back to me promptly. His new office is beautiful. I am happy to recommend him and his practice.
