She was incredibly patient and took the time to guide me through the selection process, helping me find a pair of Spade shades that suited my face shape—without any pressure to buy. I really appreciated her expertise and how she explained everything clearly.

I collected my shades on 19 Jan, and now, on 8 Feb, I’m already considering buying another pair from her! On top of that, she was very understanding and accommodating, even when I was there with my two kids (12 and 3 years old). For parents, this is definitely a child-friendly place, which is a huge plus since not all eyewear stores are like this.

Xuan Er is the most classy, yet genuine and professional optometrist I've ever met. Not only was she not pushy and listened well to me as a first-time customer, she even went the extra mile to explain in good detail the current state of my eyes. To say she increased the quality of my life is not an overstatement. Visited O+ with intention to window shop and KIV some frames (because I saw that they had very cool designer ones) and had an exceptional experience with Xuan Er. From the moment that I walked in, i was blasted with her friendliness. Welcoming me and making me feel at ease with her level of patience, showing me the various frames that she recommended for my face shape.
The whole experience from *finally* picking out the frame that I liked to payment was a BREEZE, only because of her professionalism and that she was remarkably cool about accommodating me and my absurdly fussy requests.

I highly recommend this outlet to anyone and everyone who is looking to get a new pair of spectacles. The staff here, notably Xuan Er, John and Fiona will go the extra mile to assist you with anything related to your visual needs. It definitely helps that they enjoy conversing with people, making them--at least me--feel more comfortable. Kudos to them, a rarity indeed

P.S. Read a few reviews here stating that they should get a raise and I definitely second that if no action has been taken yet. Staff like them should be shown appreciation and retained for sure.

P.P.S. Attaching a photo of the frame that I eventually decided on after:
1. Around 27 different frames that Xuan Er went through with me
2. A phone call at that same night to cancel the order because i changed my mind only to return the next day to select the exact same frame again
3. Returning 16 times over the course of two weeks (after specs collection) to adjust the frame to suit my face because i am just a fussy bugger

O+ are our new partners and I must say I'm very impressed. It starts with the store (I went to the one at Star Vista), which is modern, stylish and very spacious. I especially like the way O+ displays their frames (or eyeglasses as they call them), which allows you to examine the many designs and options available. John was very helpful in streamlining my search after a brief conversation to understand my style preferences and needs. I ended up with 3 amazing choices that I'm super happy about!

Then there's the equally important optometry part of the service. John is a true professional, who patiently explained and carried out the tests to find the optimal specifications for my personal needs. As other customers have pointed out in their reviews, John's attention and observations extended to eye health, which isn't common and appreciated.

I picked up my prescription glasses later from Xuan Er, who displayed the same level of warmth and professionalism as John, as she made sure they all fit comfortably.

A great experience and great glasses to boot!
