I like how hassle free everything is here. Dr Patel and his assistant Patti were very helpful. It was my first time here and Dr Patel answered all my questions. I was looking for an independent doctor and not a practice owned by a big corporation. Dr Patel doesn’t throw pills at you unless it’s totally necessary. Once your BMI is in check you only have routine lab work to do.

My first appointment with Dr. Patel was a great experience. I found him to be attentive, considerate, and overall pleasant to interact with. He listened to my concerns, and addressed my issues head-on. He was quick to send my prescriptions to the pharmacy, and get my referral for other services where they needed to be in a timely manner.

Teresa was also very helpful; she was easy to share my concerns with, and paid attention to what I said.

One other thing I appreciate about Dr. Patel's practice is someone actually answers the phone when you call. There isn't an automated service that sends you around in a circle, pressing buttons. The staff deserves credit for such great etiquette.

Thanks Dr. Patel and staff! I look forward to being a patient with your practice.

Made an appointment two years ago had to wait months amd forgot about my appointment. Called to make an appointment today (TWO YEARS LATER) AND the receptionist was rude and said I couldn't make an appointment because I missed the one from two years ago I wasn't rude just said ok and made another appointment somewhere else!! Horrible not only will you have to wait over a month for an appointment their rude and he said they won't except me but I'm also filing a complaint with the bbb. WARNING DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS PLACE .

Horrible office

The staff is very rude
When I call they dont say goodbye they just hang up.
They left me without my prescription because i missed an appointment.
Everytime i bring up and issue the DR downplays it
. Just go somewhere else

I can not recommend Dr. Patel although I really wanted to like him. At first he seemed very compassionate and concerned but after a hospital stay and many run ins with his office staff I no longer feel comfortable with him as my doctor. His office staff is very unprofessional and they do not relay messages of importance to the doctor and he does not return calls.

Terrible office. From the staff to the doctor himself. Please don't waste your time. I work in the medical field & have never seen such a terrible place. I walked out & hope that no one will go there. Rude is an understatement. Especially teresa & dr. patel.

If your looking for a rude inattentive staff and an incompetent jerk of a doctor,this is for you. Discrimination regarding Vaccination status,refusal to prescribe needed drugs ,based on his fantasy that hes adrenal doctor. If you need a good doctor ,DO NOT WASTE TIME WITH THIS JERK.
Filthy office, rude,,disorganized staff.
