Erika and team did an amazing job with our kitchen and office project. The timeline was detailed (we even got a binder with all the design details), you get one project manager who is on site daily to coordinate everything (and every sub contractor was friendly and professional where even if I was home alone, I was not concerned), the quality of work and attention to detail is also unmatched (one of our cabinet doors arrived slightly damaged and RIKB ordered a replacement right away). Although slightly expensive, you are paying for dependable, quality work and a seamless customer service experience.

We have used Rhode Island Kitchen and Bath for three different homes over the past 6 years. Each time we have been extremely happy with their professionalism, attention to detail, follow-through and the ability to complete work exactly on time. The latest project was a multi-room renovation of our kitchen, powder room and the primary bathroom.

Our design consultant, Kingsley Catalucci, has always been a great listener who is collaborative in the design process and takes pride in making the design experience fulfilling for the customer. Scott Erno, who was our project manager all three times, is a consummate professional who cares about his work and is meticulous in completing his work to the highest standards. Scott was on the job every day, making sure that work was proceeding according to schedule and that it was done at the highest level of workmanship. Our design build coordinator, Craig Berube, is very accommodating and helpful. In addition, he caught a number of plumbing and electrical problems that needed to be addressed as well as a gas leak we were not aware of.

Overall, we were extremely satisfied customers and honestly couldn’t imagine having a better experience with the renovation process. From the first design meeting with Kingsley to the on-time completion of the project, Rhode Island Kitchen and Bath exceeded all of our expectations. RIKB is a top notch company from top to bottom and it runs like a well-oiled machine.

We worked with RIKB for our kitchen remodel and had a wonderful experience! Our designer, Kelly May, helped us create a kitchen we absolutely love with some design elements we wouldn't have thought of ourselves. She thought of every detail and kept us updated throughout the process. We were also so impressed with our primary contractor, Larry, who went above and beyond in so many ways to deliver our vision. The design and build process through RIKB was an amazing experience. We were clueless about where to start the remodel. We were redesigning the configuration of three rooms by taking down a wall, moving a door, as well as gutting the TV room. We started our thinking process by attending free workshops at the RIKB showroom to educate ourselves.

At the workshops we met the designers, toured the showroom and production department. Our designer, Kingsley Catalucci, is talented, patient and responsive. She guided us through the whole process and is still available for any questions. She is a pleasure to work with.

We met several times with Kingsley and another designer to get a rough idea of what we wanted. Next, they came to the house to get a first-hand view of the spaces we were remodeling. They developed three plans. We brainstormed the pros and cons of each plan. Nothing is finalized until you are happy with the plan. They welcome any changes or adjustments you want to make. Their goal is to make sure you will be delighted with the finished project.

During the selection process, Kingsley patiently researched and suggested options for every aspect of the design. She brought us to warehouses to view the products and gave us the time we needed to make our decisions, while answering all our questions. We never felt rushed. She wanted us to feel confident about our choices. You can tell she loves what she does and wants her clients to achieve their dream remodel within their budget.

Once the plan and selection of materials were finalized, we received a 3-ring binder with detailed plans of each phase of the remodel. The design, production and remodel crew work as a team to develop a calendar that lists what will be happening each day of the remodel. They estimated six weeks for the project and stayed on schedule.

The project manager, Larry, was equally as amazing as Kingsley. He worked onsite everyday and oversaw the entire crew. They were respectful of our home during the project. Larry prepped the work area each day and made sure at the end of each day that the work area was organized, vacuumed and cleaned before he left.

The plumber, electrician, tile and floor installers, plasterer and Larry were all craftsmen. The team took their time and made sure the job was done correctly. No shortcuts were taken. They explained all phases of what was happening in our home. They worked together like a well-oiled machine.

Larry's patience with my questions and indecision was comforting during a very stressful time, since we were living in the basement during the construction! He thought each issue through, explained what was happening and asked for our input when appropriate. I appreciated his attention to detail for every task. Even when I asked Larry to change something after it was completed, he never gave any push back! He always said, "No problem. We want you to be happy." He was gracious and handled each issue that arose with patience and skill to resolve the problem. He encouraged us to contact him any time if we had questions or concerns.

I would not hesitate to recommend the RIKB crew. We had met with other companies and left their showroom stunned and dazed. RIKB has developed an exemplary remodel process. We would not have survived the renovations without RIKB, Kingsley and Larry!

Our experience with RI Kitchen and Bath was an incredibly positive one. From the first meeting my husband and I had with Billie and Kingsley (the design team) to renovate our guest bathroom until the completed project (delivered on time), our experience could not have been better.

RIKB is an extremely well-run company. From the design details, product selection, finalizing the pricing, detailed plans of the project, clear and transparent contract agreement, pre-construction meetings, making sure all materials needed have been received and inspected, providing us with a written schedule of the construction timeline and then completing the project with great professionalism and craftsmanship, we cannot say enough about the company and the people who work there.

My husband and I decided to renovate a guest bathroom in our 1960’s ranch house. Billie and Kingsley (our design team) made sure they understood our wants and needs and came up with three wonderful designs for our bathroom that reflected their listening and design skills. We picked the design that best met our needs and the style of our home. They also did an excellent job of assisting us with choosing the materials and accessories needed for the project and made sure we stayed within our stated budget.

Once all of the materials were received and the project started, our project manager, Scott, was on site every day, working on the project himself and coordinating other contractors who were needed for the renovation. Scott was friendly, professional and extremely skilled. When he couldn’t come one day due a sickness, he came in on a Saturday to make sure the project could be completed on time. By the end of the project, it felt like Scott was part of our family because of his personable nature and warmth. He was even nice to our neurotic German Shepard and always did an excellent job of cleaning up before he left the job site.

Before the project started, we received a detailed schedule of construction. I am delighted to say the project was completed on time. We are extremely happy with the completed product and would wholeheartedly recommend RIKB to anyone who is looking to renovate their kitchen or bathroom.
